Demand for Employee Lawyers Skyrockets | LPI

Associate level employee job advertisements have jumped by 44% in the June 2021 quarter compared to the previous March 2021 quarter.

This is according to research conducted by specialist legal recruiter, Elias Recruitment - based from sample data extracted from Sydney and Melbourne law firm advertisements. 

Although mid-level Associates were the greatest in demand in terms of numbers, the rate of increase in demand was highest for Senior Associates with a 55% increase.

Some of the top areas of growth in demand for lawyers were in Regulatory, Personal Injury, Employment and Banking & Finance.
