Henchman and Microsoft Copilot Boost KM and Drafting
Henchman announces its integration with Microsoft Copilot to streamline the drafting processes by harnessing the collective knowledge stored in Document Management Systems while leveraging Microsoft AI and its security protocols.
When searching for answers through Microsoft Copilot, legal teams can seamlessly access suggestions directly from their Document Management System (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint) and determine the best precedent for the negotiation with quick access to the source document.
Leveraging advanced algorithms and metadata, this synergy facilitates more accurate answers and boosts drafting efficiency while tapping into a legal team’s wealth of collective knowledge.
With the mirrored user permissions from the document management system, knowledge managers will ensure the right practice groups access the right sources, promoting efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration in contract drafting and negotiation while ensuring contractual boundaries are met and safeguarding from training LLMs.

As Microsoft gradually rolls out Copilot across its suite of products, Henchman will follow the same rollout cadence. The integration is available free of charge to all Henchman customers.
