Cloud software supplier, Cabenet, is presenting a seminar in Newcastle in December. Other locations around Australia are to be announced for the new year.

The seminar is on Monday, 5 December, at the Newcastle Panthers Club. Cabenet will demonstrate how practices can significantly reduce operating costs, enhance their client services and work more flexibly by implementing tailored cloud and mobile business solutions.

In an interconnected business, you may start working on the business accounts or a document at the office and then review it on your iPad on th etrain journey home and later continue working on it from your home computer (without having to email the files). Next day, you might use your mobile phone to bill a client or to scan the office storage boxes for that missing document, confirm a contract by signing the document via your iPad and instantly email the final document back to the office. A recent report by Frost & Sullivan found that 43% of Australian companies now use cloud computing in some form as a part of their strategies to achieve significant reductions in capital expenditure, operational cost savings and to enhance business agility.
