Sympli approved for Transfer transactions in New South Wales

Sympli has expanded its service offering in New South Wales after both the NSW Land Registry and Revenue NSW approved Sympli for transfer and duty lodgments this month. Global law firms invest $10 million to set up industry tech platform

Three law firms from the United States, Britain and Asia have jointly invested over $10 million in a U.S.-based legal tech start-up that is developing an ‘open’ industry platform to enable lawyers to work seamlessly across disparate systems. $30m contract for MinterEllison’s IT consulting arm ITNewcom

MinterEllison-owned consultancy ITNewcom has scooped a mammoth $30 million contract with the Department of Defence. The contract will see ITNewcom provide Defence with “financial, sourcing, strategy, training and reform services” for a period of three years, ending June 2023.
