Statistics show that 33.9% of sales of smartphones in Australia, for the three months to August 2017, were Apple iOS. Android still leads at 66.5%. That 66.5% is made up of numerous brands in which Samsung is the leader. While we don’t have official statistics for iOS and Android in the legal industry, our best sources lead us to speculate that it is the reverse of the overall market, i.e. legal industry two thirds Apple iOS and one third Android. Amongst lawyers it could be as high as 80% iOS.
