1. Disable desk phones
  2. Ban movement between floors
  3. Maximum occupancy 25% of capacity
  4. Anyone vulnerable to coronavirus or living with people who are vulnerable will not be allowed to return
  5. On-site ‘track and trace’ system where staff will be required to sign in and out of the building
  6. Notify HR if you develop symptoms so they can alert others working on the same floor  – which may lead to self-isolation
  7. Make it optional to return to the office
