New workflow integration streamlines processes for in-house counsel
Technology company InfoTrack and corporate legal software provider Xakia have announced a new integration that will provide Xakia users with instant access to InfoTrack’s platform directly from the matter within Xakia.
The new integration will automate and streamline workflow for in-house counsel by providing easy access to a range of products and services including KYC & AML reports, ASIC extracts, bulk PPSR registration, data visualisation tools, and more. It will also help increase accuracy by pre-populating data and billing costs directly back to the matter.
In-house lawyers are often expected to do ‘more with less’. In 2017, a study conducted by InfoTrack and Lawyers Weekly found that the majority of in-house counsel (78%) only have access to two or fewer software tools. Respondents stated that being given access to more tools would create cost benefits by decreasing time spent doing processing work, driving efficiencies and growth, and reducing external legal costs.
“This new integration will provide in-house counsel with a variety of new software tools to not only increase efficiency and accuracy, but streamline compliance procedures around KYC and AML/CTF”, added Andrew Wing, Business Solutions Manager at InfoTrack.
